Solution:-
From equation 1 2x-y=4…………(3)
Now add equation 2 and equation 3
-5/4x+y+2x-y= -1/4+4
-5/4x+2x=(-1+4*4)/4
3x/4x=15/4
3x=15
X=5
Put this value in equation 3
2(5)-y=4
Y=10-4
Y=6
