Problem 441

Add \frac{-4}{5}+(\frac{-3}{4})

Solution

We can write it as

\frac{-4}{5}-\frac{3}{4}

When we multiply a negative value with a positive value then answer will be a negative value

Now take LCM which is 20

\frac{(-4\cdot 4-3\cdot 5)}{20}

\frac{-16 -15}{20}
